Wolfgang Puck Pressure Oven by KitchenTek

I am so happy to be able to use this Wolfgang Puck Pressure Oven by KitchenTek. It cuts the cooking time down and provides such tasty food. So far, the oven is terrific for salmon, the timing chart was a bit shy for roast chicken, but the end product was very tasty. I'm enjoying the oven and experimenting with all kinds of recipes.

I also cooked steak and that too turned out perfect. The vegetables are always tender and they keep their color and flavor. I can't wait to continue using this little gem! Clean up is a breeze, just place the pan in the dishwasher or wash by hand!

The Wolfgang Puck Pressure Oven uses Flavor Infusion Technology, a breakthrough in cooking that uses a moisture-sealed, low-pressurized chamber to infuse heat, flavor, and moisture into your food -- while cooking up to 70% faster! Get sweeter, flavor-infused vegetables more quickly.

Unlike a microwave this Wolfgang Puck Pressure Oven by KitchenTek heats with radiant heat from the elements. Because of this the exterior gets hot. A lot of people have complained about this, but I expected it because of the way it functions. It sits under a cabinet in my kitchen with about 8 inches of clearance above it. The exterior does get hot to the touch, so you should not use it for a storage area like some people do with their microwave.
